for this movie , i'd rate it 4.5/5 stars ! well , personally i truly think this is a great movie definitely worth paying $10 for it.
well , the cinema was like fully packed on that day i watched it.
if only it can be one whole story by itself without having to split into 3 parts that'll be good.
was watching with such enthusiasm and there it goes , 'to be contn'd'.
thats one thing i hate bout .
having to wait again till the next part starts showing .
however , this also allows the story to be more detailed .
indeed it is . the storyline is there , u don't get confused .
all the actors/actress were good in the act and the battle scenes were so well shot it looks so realistic and really amazing .
tony leung as zhou yu .
as the winner of the golden horse award for best male lead ,
he definitely live up to his reputation . however , i feel that its still more comfortable having him acting in modern acts .
for lin chiling as zhou yu's wife , xiao qiao .
i'd have to disagree with the saying of her being a 'flowerpot' .
for her first big scene i think she did a pretty good job in her role .
she's able to give me the feel of how the character is supposed to be .
there are also many many other experienced artistes which adds on another reason why this movie is that great .
well , do watch it !!! (:
if you think history/war movies would be a bore,
perhaps you shd try watching red cliff part 1 it may change ur views !
